Pakistani passport ranks 109th in the World

Pakistani passport has been ranked fourth worst passport in the world by the Henley Passport Index, placing it in the bottom of the list at number 109.

World’s most travel-friendly Passports of the countries are regularly monitored by Henley Partners firm’s “Henley Passport Index” on regular basis since 2006.

The ranking is based on the analysis and grading of different travel documents from all the countries. The travel documents are judged on the criteria of the international mobility their holders enjoy.

According to the index, Pakistan has visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to only 31 other countries. Only three countries including Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan rank below the Pakistan.

The countries enjoying top slots on the list are Japan and Singapore enjoying access to 192 travel destinations in the world.
